Sales Representative
About the Role
Aqua Logistics Custom Pools is looking for a motivated, client-focused Sales Representative with at least 5 years of sales experience. If you have a passion for luxury outdoor living, enjoy building lasting relationships, and thrive in a performance-driven environment, this is the opportunity for you.
You'll be the first point of contact for homeowners ready to invest in a custom pool — guiding them from initial inquiry through signed contract with professionalism and expertise.
Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective clients to understand their vision and goals for a custom pool or outdoor space
- Conduct in-home and virtual consultations, providing expert guidance on designs, features, and pricing
- Educate clients on our services, materials, and available options
- Manage the full sales process from initial contact through signed contract
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and company-provided opportunities
- Maintain accurate records of prospects, follow-ups, and pipeline activity
- Stay current on industry trends, competitive offerings, and pricing strategies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of sales experience required — home improvement, construction, or luxury goods strongly preferred
- Proven track record of closing high-value, consultative sales
- Excellent communication, listening, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with a disciplined, results-driven approach
- Ability to read and understand pool layouts and designs (training provided)
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally for consultations
- Comfortable working with a CRM and basic reporting tools
